Join the movement

Our community outreach comes down to one goal: making sure young people in California know that whatever they’re going through, they’re not alone. A few small actions can connect someone to support, whether that’s starting a conversation, sharing a resource, or passing along some purple bunny ears.

Day of Action 2026

This Suicide Prevention Month, we rallied our communities to help make youth mental health support a visible, everyday priority, and make it easier for young people and families to seek help early, before challenges escalate.

We distributed more than 1,300 kits to share resources in local communities, and 26 community organizations joined us in-person to empower young people and let teens, young adults, families, and community leaders know youth mental health support is available.

Share resource postcards
Color them in, add a note, and pass them along to friends or community members as a reminder that no-cost support is within reach for young people.
Craft support symbols
No craft skills needed. Purchase purple pipe cleaners to turn a few simple supplies into a small symbol of support. Add an affirmation and pass your bunny ears along to remind someone they’re seen, supported, and not alone.

Meeting young people early and where they are

Youth suicide rates have begun to decline for the first time in years, a sign of what’s possible when young people can find support sooner. Across California, that means making it easier for young people and families to seek support sooner.

Thanks to state funding, Soluna is part of that effort, offering teens and young adults ages 13-25 no-cost, confidential mental health care on their terms — including access to 1:1 coaching, self-care tools, peer support, and personalized help connecting with local resources. No insurance needed.

Soluna’s community projects extend that work into communities across California. Efforts like the Day of Action spotlight the organizations and resources helping young people be well, address substance use, and get help early.

It takes all of us

Soluna is proud to partner with organizations across our communities that show up for young people every day, building connections and support long before a moment of crisis.
