Frequently Asked Questions
Am I anonymous in Soluna?
Absolutely. Safety and confidentiality are our highest concern. You can move through Soluna confidently knowing that your personal identity is protected. When you create an account, you’ll be asked to provide an Email Address, ZIP Code and Date of Birth — just to confirm you're eligible to use the services. With that out of the way, you can explore self-guided tools, get access to resources, and engage with 1:1 support. Our safety protocols ensure that information like names, addresses, or phone numbers are never shared within Soluna.
Who do you share my data with?
Your privacy is our priority. That means we only share your information as outlined in our Privacy Notice. Beyond that, you have the option to opt in to allow us to use your data for research purposes — this helps improve the digital mental health journey for everyone. But that’s completely up to you. If you opt in, we’ll use that collected info to help improve app features. Check out our Privacy Notice for details.
Can my guardians, teachers, school, employer, or doctor see my activity in the app?
No. Your experience in the app is confidential and anonymous, and we’ll never share your data without your permission.
How much does Soluna cost?
It’s completely free. Like, for real free. So you’ll never see annoying ads, be asked to enter payment details, or be prompted to sign up for a subscription. In Soluna, in-app purchases are not a thing.
What hours are coaches and counselors available?
Our team is available Monday through Friday from 2 PM to 8 PM ET and on weekends from 2 PM and 6 PM ET. You can schedule time with a licensed counselor between those hours or simply drop in for a 1:1 chat with a professional coach — whichever you prefer.
Is the app available in other languages?
The Soluna app is currently available in English and Spanish.
