Is the platform confidential?

Soluna is designed to protect your privacy. You don’t need to share your name, so you can explore the app with confidence. As a guest user, you can access tools and resources by providing your zip code and date of birth, which helps us confirm that you’re eligible for the service. If you choose to sign up for the full app experience, including coaching, you’ll need to provide a valid email address to create your account. Your information is kept private and secure, and we never share it with anyone outside of Soluna without your consent, except in situations where safety concerns require us to act.

No, your activity on Soluna is private.  Your guardians, school, employer, or doctor cannot see what you do on the platform.  We do not share any of your information with them.  However, if we are ever concerned about your safety, we may need to take action to protect you, which could involve contacting emergency services or relevant authorities.

How much does Soluna cost?

It's totally free! Aetna Better Health® of Illinois covers all the platform costs for their members. So, no worries – you’ll never be asked for payment, there aren't any in-app buys, and you won't see any annoying ads.

What languages is Soluna available in?

Soluna is currently available in both English and Spanish. If you'd like to talk to a coach 1:1 in a different language, we have coaches on hand that can communicate with you in 19 different languages. You can access these additional languages through our telecoaching service.
