Support & Telecoaching
No smartphone? No problem. Use the support bubble on the bottom right of your screen or call 844.582.2111.
Please note: Soluna’s call center is not intended for crisis or emergency situations. If you are in crisis, are unsafe, or need immediate support, please dial 988 to talk to a trained professional or 911 for life-threatening emergencies.
Telecoaching
Everyone needs a little support sometimes. That’s why Soluna has a team of coaches — including community health workers, peer specialists, substance misuse counselors, and behavioral health professionals — ready to help.
You can chat with a coach via text in the Soluna app or on the phone — unlimited and free of charge.
Coaching chats are private, genuine, and flexible. Connect for as few as 5 minutes or as many as 40 — you choose. Coaching for English and Spanish is available in the Soluna app, but we also offer phone coaching sessions in 19 languages.
If you'd prefer to speak to a coach over the phone, contact our team through the support bubble on this page or by calling 844.582.2111. By using either of these services, you need to agree to our Privacy Notice and Terms of Service.
Contact Center
Have questions about the Soluna service or app? Reach out to our team today — we’re available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. We can help with any questions you have about Soluna, our services, or even tech-related support (like password resets).
We currently offer translation in 19 languages. We are unable to offer translations for Mien at this time; however, we are actively recruiting and expect to provide this service soon.
