Action starts with you
This Suicide Prevention Month, we're turning awareness into everyday action — one conversation, one resource, one purple pair of bunny ears at a time. The goal is simple: to make sure young people in Michigan know that whatever they’re going through, they’re not alone.
Join us for a Day of Action on September 30.

Meeting young people early and where they are
For the first time in years, youth suicide rates have started to decline. This reflects a growing movement to invest in new preventative pathways to care, before challenges escalate.
In Michigan, that means reimagining upstream behavioral health support to make it easier for young people and families to seek help early.
Soluna is part of that shift, offering teens ages 13-18 state-funded, confidential mental health care on their terms. That includes free access to 1:1 coaching and therapy, self-care tools, and community resources, with no insurance needed.
The Day of Action takes that same spirit into communities across Michigan, highlighting the organizations and resources that help young people promote wellness, address substance use, and prevent crises.
It takes all of us

Soluna is proud to partner with organizations across our communities that show up for young people every day, building connections and support long before a moment of crisis.
If you or someone you know is in crisis or needs immediate emotional support, call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
