Meet The Ambassadors

Hey guys! My name is Lordes, and I'm excited to spread awareness of Soluna (Kooth), to my cohort of New Jersey. I'm currently attending Grand Canyon University Online for a bachelor's degree in public health and a local volunteer for the Burlington County Health Department of South Jersey. The reason why I chose this position is because I want to be a part of the process of creating safe spaces for young adults to manage their mental well being. Given societal pressures, financial constraints, and familial conflicts that can exist for much of today's youth, it is important to provide an affordable, accessible tool for all communities regardless of these factors.

Go-to feel-good song: Silver Spring by Fleetwood Mac

Hi! I’m Sofia, a psychology major from New Jersey with a strong passion for mental health advocacy. I joined the ambassador team because I truly believe young people deserve access to free, confidential support, especially during a time when so many are juggling school, relationships, and pressure to have everything figured out. Mental health resources can be life-changing, and I love being part of a community that helps make support feel normal, accessible, and stigma-free for youth who need it most.

Yes. Your privacy matters, and what you share is kept confidential.

The only time we may need to share information is if there’s a serious safety concern (like if someone’s at risk of harm), so we can keep everyone safe.

Your privacy is our priority. That means we only share your information as outlined in our Privacy Notice. Beyond that, you have the option to opt in to allow us to use your data for research purposes — this helps improve the digital mental health journey for everyone. But that’s completely up to you. If you opt in, we’ll use that collected info to help improve app features. Check out our Privacy Notice for details.

No, your activity on Soluna is private.  Your guardians, school, employer, or doctor cannot see what you do on the platform.  We do not share any of your information with them.  However, if we are ever concerned about your safety, we may need to take action to protect you, which could involve contacting emergency services or relevant authorities.

It’s completely free. Like, for real free. So you’ll never see annoying ads, be asked to enter payment details, or be prompted to sign up for a subscription. In Soluna, in-app purchases are not a thing.
