Extra support for patients. Zero cost for your practice.
Soluna’s preventative mental health platform gives your patients ages 13-25 somewhere to turn between appointments — self-guided wellbeing activities, peer community, and 1:1 coaching, all at no cost.

Soluna can help you extend care beyond the appointment.
Soluna was built to remove the barriers that keep young people from getting support — cost, insurance, waitlists, and stigma among them. It’s not a replacement for clinical treatment, and it’s not a crisis service. It’s a free, evidence-informed layer of support you can point patients to the moment they walk out of your office, so the support doesn’t stop when the visit ends.
How Soluna supports your patients
1:1 coaching
During set hours, patients can drop in or schedule with a certified Soluna coach when they need to talk something through — no insurance, no waitlist, no cost.

Building skills to stay engaged
A library of evidence-informed content and activities, grounded in positive psychology, helps patients build coping skills between sessions.

Nurturing confidence through connection
A safe, moderated space where young people can connect with others who understand what they're going through. Every post is reviewed before it's published and peer-to-peer interactions are anonymized.

Real help finding real-world support
Soluna's Care Navigators help patients find low- or no-cost local services — therapists, community agencies, food, and housing support — when they need more than the app can offer.

Support that speaks their language
The entire app, including coaching, is available in English and Spanish. Telecoaching is also available in an additional 17 languages.

How Soluna supports your practice
Extends support between visits
Give patients a place to go when they’re not in your office — especially while they wait for a therapy referral or speciality appointment.
Expands access for underserved patients
Soluna removes the cost, insurance, and transportation barriers that keep some patients from following through on referrals.
Works alongside your care plan
Soluna complements what you’re already doing. It doesn’t replace clinical judgement, therapy, or crisis intervention — it fills the space around them.
