Action starts with you

This Suicide Prevention Month, we're turning awareness into everyday action — one conversation, one resource, one purple pair of bunny ears at a time. The goal is simple: to make sure young people in California know that whatever they’re going through, they’re not alone.

Join us for a Day of Action on September 30.

On September 30, we’re rallying our communities to help make youth mental health support a visible, everyday priority, and make it easier for young people and families to seek help early, before challenges escalate. Before and during the Day of Action, look for purple bunny ears, our chosen symbol for the event and a reminder that support is close by.

Want to bring the Day of Action to your community? Sign up for a free kit with everything you need to participate, show support, and spread awareness. DIY at home, bring these activities to an upcoming gathering, or rally your community on September 30. However you join in, let’s all take action together — from wherever we are.
Share resource postcards
Color them in, add a note, and pass them along to friends or community members as a reminder that no-cost support is within reach for young people.
Craft support symbols
No craft skills needed. Turn a few simple supplies into a small symbol of support. Add an affirmation and pass your bunny ears along to remind someone they’re seen, supported, and not alone.

Meeting young people early and where they are

For the first time in years, youth suicide rates have started to decline. This reflects a growing movement to invest in new preventative pathways to care before challenges escalate.

Across California, that means reimagining upstream behavioral health support to make it easier for young people and families to seek help early.

Soluna is part of that effort, offering teens and young adults ages 13-25 state-funded, confidential mental health care on their terms. That includes free access to 1:1 coaching, self-care tools, community resources, and Care Navigation, with no insurance needed.

The Day of Action takes that same spirit into communities across California, highlighting the organizations and resources that help young people promote wellness, address substance use, and prevent crises.

It takes all of us

Soluna is proud to partner with organizations across our communities that show up for young people every day, building connections and support long before a moment of crisis.
